Continuous load analysis
Rockso analyses how your sessions chain together (intensity, volume, frequency) alongside day-to-day stress, and highlights sensitive periods where adjusting training becomes critical to reaching your goals.
Rockso is a training assistant that brings sports physiology research and AI into the hands of athletes, coaches and organisations, to manage training load, anticipate fatigue and progress without burning out.
Rockso is currently in private beta. We are looking for athletes, coaches and performance staffs to co-design the next generation of decision-support tools.
A mobile experience built for the field: a home screen focused on your latest session, week-by-week recommendations and a very simple view of the indicators that actually matter.
Preview of the Rockso mobile experience: non-clickable visual mock-up.
Link your GPS watch (Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Polar…) or import your activities. Rockso centralises all your sessions, across all sports.
AI combines your effort data, perceived exertion (RPE), sleep and daily context to continuously assess your fitness state.
Receive simple adjustments: stabilise, increase or reduce load, switch to cross-training, or adapt your week to real-life constraints.
A training assistant that brings sports physiology research and AI into the hands of athletes, coaches and organisations. Manage training load, anticipate fatigue, reduce injury risk and progress sustainably across multiple sports.
Rockso connects your sessions, perceived exertion and daily context to suggest simple adjustments: stabilise the load, increase or reduce it, switch to cross-training or adapt a key week.
Rockso analyses how your sessions chain together (intensity, volume, frequency) alongside day-to-day stress, and highlights sensitive periods where adjusting training becomes critical to reaching your goals.
Running, cycling, triathlon, football, padel, tennis, skiing… Rockso brings endurance sports, team sports, racket sports and winter sports into a single view, even when traditional platforms keep them separate.
Instead of leaving you with abstract metrics, Rockso turns your data into simple decisions: increase, stabilise or decrease load, switch to cross-training, adapt a key week to your real-life context.
Ready to turn your training data into real progress?
Request early accessRockso connects to your favourite GPS watches and platforms to centralise all your training data.
Understand how training cycles, sleep and daily life influence your sensations, performance and injury history. Put numbers behind what you feel, and adjust without skipping steps.
Save time on monitoring, visualise dynamics in load and adjust sessions in a few clicks based on how athletes actually respond. Rockso acts as a training assistant and a decision-support tool.
Centralise squad data, compare volumes between groups and make it easier for coaches, physical preparation and medical staff to align around a shared view of load and health.

Request early accessRockso is built on research in exercise physiology, injury prevention and data science. The goal is not to "predict" the future, but to offer a robust and actionable reading of training load, stress and fatigue over time.
We are looking for pilot teams, coaches and organisations to confront theory with the reality of everyday training and adapt the models to your constraints.
Talk about a pilotPhD in applied mathematics, expert in machine learning and AI. But above all, an amateur endurance athlete: Ironman 70.3 finisher, Gravity Race finisher, ranked tennis player, competitive footballer, and a practitioner of triathlon, swimrun, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering and many other outdoor sports.
It is this deeply multi-sport practice — part performance-driven, but mostly fuelled by the joy of movement and the thrill of pushing limits — that inspired him to create Rockso: a tool that finally speaks to those who refuse to fit into a single box.
Rockso is designed with a strong focus on confidentiality and data governance. Athletes and organisations remain in control of their data and decide what they want to share and with whom.
