Delete your Rockso account

1. Purpose

This page explains how to request deletion of your Rockso account and its associated data. The process is accessible without reinstalling the app.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to support@rockso.app from the email address associated with your Rockso account.

Suggested subject: Rockso account deletion.

If you contact us from another address, we may request proportionate verification before processing the request.

3. Data deleted

Once deletion is confirmed, Rockso deletes the following data associated with your account:

• your user account and Rockso login credentials;
• your profile, email, preferences, sports profile and entered metrics;
• your training activities, manual imports and wellbeing data;
• your AI exchanges, summaries, memories and analyses linked to the account;
• third-party connections and associated tokens;
• your imported files linked to the account;
• beta participation data linked to your user account.

4. Data that may be retained temporarily

Strictly necessary records may be retained for a limited period to:

• meet a legal or regulatory obligation, or establish or defend legal claims;
• handle a security incident, prevent fraud or document abuse;
• allow technical backups or system logs to expire.

Necessary deletion requests are also sent to processors. Deactivation alone does not replace deletion. Residual records are restricted to what is necessary and are not kept to reactivate your account or continue normal product use. Legal records are retained for the required period or the duration of proceedings and the applicable limitation period.

5. Processing timelines

We acknowledge requests within 7 calendar days at most.

The account and its associated data are deleted within 30 calendar days at most from receipt of the request.

Residual technical backups and security logs may persist for up to 90 days after deletion before being deleted or overwritten. If a backup is restored during this period, deletion requests are reapplied.

6. Consequences

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you lose access to your history, recommendations, connected sources and stored Rockso information.

Deleting the Rockso account does not delete the original data held by your sports platforms. You can manage those accounts directly with the relevant providers.
