1. Purpose of this page
This page explains how to request deletion of your Rockso account and its associated data.
2. How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account, email support@rockso.app from the email address linked to your Rockso account.
Recommended subject: Rockso account deletion.
3. Data that will be deleted
- your Rockso user account and login credentials;
- your profile and stored preferences;
- your training activities, manual imports and wellness data;
- your third-party connections and related tokens;
- your imported files linked to your account.
4. Data that may be retained temporarily
Some limited data may be retained for a short period when required for:
- legal or regulatory compliance;
- security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation;
- technical backups and system logs pending automatic expiry.
5. Processing timelines
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 calendar days.
Main account data is deleted within 30 calendar days after the request has been verified.
Technical backups and security logs may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion or overwrite.
